\n· Monitor system health and performance daily.
\n· Respond promptly to system security, access, and usability issues.
\n· Support operational data integrity through regular review, cleanup, and remediation in collaboration with
\nplatform companies.
\n· Maintain and support Group-level customer, vendor, and inventory master data.
\n· Support and troubleshoot added enterprise applications and systems as the business grows and new
\ntechnologies are introduced.
\n· Perform added duties as assigned to support system success and organizational goals.
\nEDUCATION
\n· Associate’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
\nQUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
\n· Minimum 2+ years’ experience ERP administration.
\n• General knowledge of ERP\\CRM applications and how they work for functional areas
\nsuch as Accounting, Order Management, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, and Reporting.
\n• Excellent communication and coaching skills including the ability to explain technical material.
\n• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and multiple locations.
\n• Ability to speak both business process and technical process based on the audience.
\n· An instinct for follow-up and follow-through is essential.
\n· Strong personal drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of
\ntasks, users, and time.
\n· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
\nPREFERRED SKILLS
\n· Familiar with ERP software; Global Shop Solutions experience a plus.
